Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration & Security

Deposit Rules

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be approved.

By submitting any content to cg33 (such as feedback, reviews, or user-generated material), you grant cg33 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the platform's operations.

Limitation of Liability

cg33 provides its platform and services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cg33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. cg33 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall cg33, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption — even if cg33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
